Showroom New York is part of The Garment Industry Development Corporation (GIDC). GIDC is a non profit established in 1984 to promote apparel manufacturing in New York. Showroom New York is funded by a grant from the State of New York.
Showroom New York encompasses GIDC's Designer Development Program, offering local designers a viable platform from which to expand their business.
